Paul McCloud is the current Chief Executive Officer of the Monmouth Family Health Center. Paul boasts over 15 years of healthcare management experience. He received his master’s in business administration from Caldwell University. Prior to his role at Monmouth Family Health Center, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Central Jersey Medical Center, in Perth Amboy. Paul has been a resident of Monmouth County for the past 21 years. Under his leadership, Paul’s primary focus is on advancing Monmouth Family Health Center towards its mission of providing comprehensive healthcare and dental care to residents of Long Branch and surrounding communities

Marta Silverberg

Former CEO

Marta Silverberg is the former and first Chief Executive Officer of Monmouth Family Health Center. She held that position for 20 years. Marta obtained her bachelor’s degree in Languages and a master’s degree in Latin American Culture and Business Administration. Through her leadership, Marta established Monmouth Family Health Center as one of the primary centers for medical and dental care in Long Branch. She has held numerous healthcare management positions, including CEO of the Chelsea Clinton Community Health Center and COO of North Philadelphia Health System. Marta’s compassion for healthcare and for the residents of Long Branch has been evident in her dedication to the mission of Monmouth Family Health Center. Marta has been married to Michael Silverberg for the past 54 years. Together they have one daughter Abby Silverberg who is a pre-school teacher.
