National Health Center Week 2024

On Wednesday August 7th, 2024, MFHC celebrated National Health Center Week. The center held a fair filled with food giveaways, health screenings
and information on health insurance and other services.
Mayor John Pallone and Congressman Frank Pallone
were also in attendance to support the health center's event.
We thank our local government representatives, board members, Horizon NJ Health, Aetna, WellPoint, RWJBH, Brookdale Community College, and especially CARC of Asbury Park for participating in this event
and supporting the health center and its surrounding communities.

Sliding Fee Discount Program

A Sliding Fee Discount Program (SFDP), that uses a sliding fee scale, is available to all patients based on an individual’s ability to pay for the primary and preventative health care services rendered. No one will be denied care at Monmouth Family Health Center, because of an inability to pay. This SFDP is available to all patients, and it is solely based on the individual patient’s income and family size. For more information in English, click here.
