Most Insurances Accepted; Medicaid, Medicare, and Sliding Fee Scale for persons without insurance. Need help paying for your visit? MFHC provides a Financial Counselor on site. MFHC will see all patients,
regardless of their ability to pay.

FROM NORTH
Take NJ Turnpike to Exit 11 South to Garden State Parkway South. Travel 23 miles to Exit 105, stay on route 36 East for 3.4 miles then turn right onto Broadway. Travel 2.3 miles to make a right onto Ocean Ave. After 0.5 miles, make a right onto Pavilion Ave, we are located on the following cross street.

FROM SOUTH
Take Garden State Parkway North. Exit 105, then follow the directions above.
FROM WEST
Take Route 195 East to the Garden State Parkway North. Exit 105, then follow the directions above.
