MFHC is also a host agency for the Senior Community Service Employment Program (National Council on Aging)
and the NJ Department of Labor Office of Aging. MFHC supports these agencies by providing training and/or
employment opportunities to seniors.
Monmouth Family Health Center (MFHC) is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). MFHC is also licensed by the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services.
The center is also licensed by the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services
and is also an FTCA deemed facility.

Monmouth Family Health Center maintains a strong relationship with RWJBH's Monmouth Medical Center campus (MMC) in order to ensure that outpatients of the hospital have high quality and accessible primary health care available to them. Our health center also provides the outpatient teaching component to the Monmouth Medical Center’s Residency programs in Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics &
Gynecology and Dentistry.
MFHC partners with several academic organizations throughout Long Branch and Monmouth County, to provide clinical externships to programs such as dental students and health aides and medical assistants in training:
